In June 2018, a subsidiary of 263 Group invested 310 million RMB in 100% equity of Hong Kong-based data communication service provider i-Access Network Limited and simultaneously integrated the business resources of 263 Mobile Communicatiosn (HONGKONG) Limited and 263 Value Added Communications HongKong Co., Limited, officially entering the global enterprise data communications and ICT services market.


 i-Access is officially renamed as 263 Global (263 Global Communications Limited) in July 2019. As an overseas window for the 263 Group's international business, i-Access is fully responsible for multinational corporations 'entry into China and Chinese enterprises' overseas operations.
